It sometimes works and sometimes does not, throwing AccessViolationException. The issue seems rooted in the GetCommTimeouts call. When it works, it is beautiful. Obviously, when it doesn't, I don't want to be seeing AVE's. I am running under Windows 7 Pro x64, Visual Studio Pro, with spurious results under debugging, not sure even that could be one contributing factor.
