Personally i find it the most tedious region to go through and several areas are just a nightmare who thought defog was a goos idea. Victory road is the worst one after Johto's and don't get me started on Mount Cornet Lore wise i will always hate the introduction of Pokemon gods. Those 4 are cool in design but they should have kept the ultimate being a myth and not blow their load so early.
