I have done this, and located the unit next to the sink to drain through the now fitted pipe. Only problem is no water comes out of the pipe, it still fills the integral tank on the unit!

Hmmm Not a big issue but it will automatically cut out when full. Anyone else got one of these and worked out what to do? I am probably being most dense here but V Well-known member. From the sounds of that it suggests that the act of removing the bung will mean the water flows not into the tank but out through the bunghole, which would be a bit primitive, so it sounds like as you suggest there's been a bit lost in translation, which doesn't really help, but
